Additional work outside the original agreed scope may require an additional payment.
3. Project Requirements
Customers are responsible for providing any information, content, product details, images, login access or other materials reasonably required to complete the project.
Delays in providing requested information may result in delays to completion.
Where appropriate, SR Solutions may use temporary content, placeholder text or suitable example content until the customer provides final materials.
4. Website Design & Development
We aim to deliver websites that are professional, functional and suitable for the agreed purpose.
The appearance and functionality of the final website may vary depending on:

-
Technical limitations
-
Customer requirements
-
Third-party services
Where a customer requests specific functionality, we will make reasonable efforts to provide it where technically possible and within the agreed package.

Revisions are limited to the scope of the service or package purchased.
Reasonable revisions may include changes to layout, wording, images, colours or other agreed design elements.
Major changes to the business, niche, website structure, product range or original project requirements may be treated as additional work and may incur further charges.

The customer

SR Solutions does not control these third parties and cannot guarantee that their services will always remain available, unchanged or error-free.
Customers remain responsible for any recurring fees charged directly by third-party providers.
8. Domains
Where domain connection or setup is included, we may assist with connecting a domain to the customer's website.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, ownership and renewal of the domain remain the customer's responsibility.
SR Solutions is not responsible for loss of a domain caused by expired registration, incorrect customer information or failure to pay renewal fees.

The customer remains responsible for any copyright, trademark or intellectual property claims relating to materials they provide.
Any original custom work created by SR Solutions for the customer may be transferred for the customer's use once full payment has been received, subject to any third-party licensing restrictions.

We design websites with usability, presentation and conversion in mind, but we do not guarantee a particular level of:
-
Revenue
-
Profit
-
Website traffic
-
Conversion rate
-
Search engine ranking
-
Advertising performance
-
Number of customers
Results depend on factors including products, pricing, marketing, customer demand, competition and the customer's ongoing business activity.
Eligible ecommerce website purchases may be covered by our separate 90-Day Money Back Guarantee.
12. 90-Day Money Back Guarantee
Where the guarantee applies to the package purchased, an eligible customer may request a refund if their ecommerce website receives no customer sales within 90 days of the website going live.
To qualify:
-
The website must remain live and operational throughout the 90-day period
-
Checkout and payment processing must remain available
-
The customer must not intentionally prevent customers from placing orders
-
The full 90-day period must have passed
-
Reasonable evidence of no sales may be requested
The guarantee applies only where there have been no customer sales at all during the qualifying 90-day period.
It does not guarantee any specific level of revenue, profit, order volume or advertising return.
Third-party costs such as domains, themes, apps, advertising spend, platform fees or other external charges are not included unless expressly agreed otherwise.
13. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Returns Policy.
As our services involve personalised digital work, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started, except where the customer is entitled to a refund under applicable law or under an eligible SR Solutions guarantee.
14. Project Completion
A project may be considered completed when the agreed website or service has been substantially delivered, transferred or made available to the customer.
Minor outstanding changes do not necessarily prevent a project from being considered substantially completed.
Customers should notify SR Solutions promptly if they believe any agreed work is missing or incorrect.
15. Customer Communication
Customers should provide clear instructions and respond to reasonable requests for information where required.
SR Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by a customer's failure to provide required information, access or approval.
16. Suspension of Work
We reserve the right to pause or stop work where:
-
Payment is overdue
-
Required information has not been provided
-
The customer requests work outside the agreed scope without agreeing additional charges
-
The customer engages in abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour
-
Continuing the project could involve unlawful or prohibited activity
17. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If there is a problem with an order, customers should contact SR Solutions first so that we have a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
Where a chargeback or payment dispute is submitted, we reserve the right to provide relevant evidence including:
-
Order information
-
Customer communications
-
Website development records
-
Delivery evidence
-
Project approvals
-
Screenshots
-
Access logs
-
Evidence of completed work
A payment dispute does not automatically remove the customer's obligation to pay for services legitimately supplied.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SR Solutions will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use a website or service.
This includes loss of:
-
Revenue

Profit
-
Customers
-
Business opportunities
-
Data

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Temporary downtime may occur because of:

Hosting issues
-
Platform outages
-
Maintenance
-
Software updates
-
Domain issues
-
Payment processor problems
-
Third-party application failures
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service where necessary to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal requirements.
The version applicable to an order will normally be the version in effect when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law or separately agreed.
21. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom.
Nothing in these terms affects any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
